Workshops, conference rehearsals, lunch and dinner will be held at First Congregational UCC. Reservations for dormitory housing and meals can be made when you register for the conference online. Please note: The registration deadline for campus housing and meals is June 5, 2019.

Dormitory Housing - No Longer Available!

Campus housing is available at Edgewood College. Residence accommodations will consist of double and single occupancy bedrooms within a single, double, or 4-person suite in Dominican Residence Hall. Residence hall suites are air conditioned with the temperature set between 74 - 78 degrees and cannot be altered due to a College-wide set point policy. Guests are encouraged to bring personal fans if desired. All rooms in the Edgewood dormitories will be supplied with bed linens, pillow, blanket, and a towel set. If you would like to request suitemates, you may do so when you register. There are limited numbers of single rooms. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but all rooms and suites are on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no charge for parking.

For those who prefer a hotel, a limited number of rooms will be available at the Best Western Inntowner at a conference rate of $134.99 plus tax per night. There is no charge for parking. There is a complimentary full breakfast provided at the hotel. The hotel is located one mile from First Congregational UCC. Hotel reservations are solely the responsibility of conference participants and must be made before June 6, 2019. Individual meals for Wednesday through Saturday breakfast can be reserved at the time you register. Please indicate and pay for the meals you would like to reserve. Breakfast will be served in the commons area at Edgewood College. Lunch and dinner will be served in the dining room at First Congregational UCC. A Wisconsin Dinner will be served on Tuesday night and is already included in the conference fee. Some snacks will be made available throughout the day at the church.

Total cost for all the meals would be $106 or without the breakfasts would be $66.

Getting around

Parking is limited at the church, so buses will be made available throughout the day from Edgewood campus and the Inntowner hotel. During the afternoon break, buses will be available to transport people to downtown and University of Wisconsin campus locations for sightseeing. For those who like to get around on foot, the walk between the church and the Best Western Inntower is a pleasant 20 minutes.
