We’ve all experienced attrition in our music programs. Our choirs have dwindled, gotten older, gotten unbalanced. The handbell choir goes into a panic when one person gets sick. Retirees move away to the Promised Land. Children are off playing sports. Musical instruments go unused. How have you adapted? What creative remedies have you cooked up? Let’s share our ideas, our successes, our flops in an open forum. There will be lots to discuss!
