There is no denying that we work in a noisy environment. A full organ, a resounding chorus, blaring trumpets, opera-trained soloists, guitar amps -- all are inspiring but they do present a workplace hazard when rehearsing and performing in close proximity. How can we protect our hearing from damage in these situations? What are the signs of hearing loss? When should our hearing be tested? Why are hearing aids important? How can hearing aids help in various acoustical settings? How can we help our choir members with hearing aids? This is important information for both young and old.
Join Host Greg Chestnut and Audiologist Briana Rico as they discuss all the ways to optimize good hearing health. There will be time for questions.
